Order Process
Step 1
- Once the 50% deposit is made we will send you all of the packaging items needed to safely and securely send us your Elk Ivory via FedEx. If you bought a ring, we will include a ring sizer to make sure the fit is exact.
Step 2
- Send us your elk ivory in the insured FedEx package packaging you will receive from us.
Step 3
- We will show you a photo of your elk ivory to confirm receipt on our side. Once you see the piece received we will ask for the final payment, and once received we will begin the process that takes between 6 and 8 weeks to build your treasured piece.
Step 4
- We will email you pictures of the progress along the way. You will see the processes we go through as we make your new elk ivory heirloom. You can also have confidence that the work is being done by a certified master jeweler.
Step 5
- After our master jewelers complete the process, we will FedEx the finished piece back to you and you will have a one of a kind heirloom.
